Just hit create new survey, you will then be able to pick witch survey you want the code for from the popup menu

If you don't use a separate account: The tracker will reset all the cookie history of visitors so for a short time (a month maybe) the data will be off. Because visitors that were formerly repeat visitors will now be considered first-time visitors.

When you click on "Create New Survey" on the main panel, you should see the wizard that allow you to create your survey.

You could always write javascript code to not add the 4Q script in case the client is on your local network. You would need some technical javascript skill to do this.

Yes this is correct. However, I did set up a separate dedicated GA account for the 4Q data and it still affected my main GA account. Not saying that this will happen to you. What you should do is set up the survey and have it run for a couple of day…

Hi Michelle, Thanks for your reply. As per this page http://www.4qsurvey.com/en/main-nav/faq/ga-detailed-info/ we need to place separate GA account for 4q survey. Then it wont affect our existing GA account. Am i correct?
