The unusual authentication issue you may have experienced
this afternoon with 4Q has been resolved.
During this outage, we placed the site under maintenance mode to prevent
any further problems with your sites and so no surveys were issued or
processed during this time.
The problem was tracked down to a faulty server within our front-end
cluster and was taken down for repairs. It was brought back into
service at 8:45PM EST, at which time full service was re-established.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you during
this period.
