4q survey on lan!

We've installed 4q survey in our site hostit.co.in. when we tried to test it out whether its working fine or not, the survey doesn't appear when we browse the site. is it an ip based trigger? where in a single ip multiple systems are accessing the site, the coding will work or not? because when we try even in my own system, it works when the cache and everything is cleared. if i try to browse the site, it doesnt work? how to overcome this?

The first thing you should do when testing the 4Q survey is adjust your Survey Response Rate to 100% to ensure that you get the invitation on the first try. I tried it out and the survey looks great! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Permalink Reply by Sandra Haydon on March 23, 2010 at 10:18am: Always remember to clear your cookies when testing the survey. The invitation is equipped with a 30 day cookie, therefore you will only be invited to participate in the survey once in that time period unless you clear your cookies.
