Dear 4Q user,
During the last few weeks, some new participating 4Q survey sites experienced a server error message when a visitor agreed to fill out the survey. This situation stemmed from a significant increase in demand for new 4Q surveys which created a problem with one of our underlying applications.
We have been working diligently to fix the problem and, as of today, this technical issue has been resolved.
We apologize to every customer impacted by this situation.
