Thanks for your question. The average response rate varies from one website to another, depending on invitation rate, traffic, etc. But typically it's between 2% - 4%

Hi Noran,

So, if I have 5000 average daily visitors and I set up an invitation rate of 10% I could foresee more or less 10/20 daily responses?

Yup! Closer to 10 because i'm pessimistic by nature.

Is there any reason you don't show the response rate for 4q surveys - I know I could work it out with reference to my analytics software but a number would be useful - if it is very low it may be that my visitors don't like the survey??

Hi Hamish,

We are currently working on integrating that as part of the reporting system. This will allow you to see how many complete vs incomplete surveys.
