Hi Rebecca,

Thank you so much for your question. We're looking at several possible scenarios where we could capture a respondent's e-mail address during the course of the survey. We understand that this is a mission critical feature for many websites, particularly those who would like to extend the value of the 4Q survey to encompass CRM-type functions.

Our development group is hard at work of several prototypes. As soon as we have something a bit closer to beta, we'll make that information available here first.

Hi Ian,

We would like to add this feature to the fall release but we are not ready for Beta.

Would love to see this feature too. Our customers even often ask us questions via their 4Q comments and we can't reply which causes them to think we are ignoring them…
