Are there any problems implementing 4Q when you use a third party ecommerce system? As the survey opens when you leave the site this would happen when transferred to our third party system. Really wouldn't want the user iterupted before / during the payment process.
Is it possible to configure 4Q to avoid this problem?
Thank you very much for your question. Although the 4Q online survey is meant to be completed after the website visit, the actual invitation trigger occurs when the visitor lands at your website (first page view). So, your visitors would never be invited within a shopping cart/e-commerce system. We understand that this would be a major usability roadblock, so we have engineered the survey only to intercept visitors on arrival to the website.
I hope this helps to clarify things.

Thanks for the swift reply. I am a little confused though!
The invitation to take the survey is delivered when the user enters our site. If they accept then the actual survey is delivered when they leave our site.
This would mean that the survey could be delivered when they transfer to our third party ecommerce site?
The invitation to take the survey is delivered on arrival. When a visitor accepts participation, a second window (containing the survey itself) is immediately triggered and pops under the active browser window. Essentially, it waits patiently in the background until the visitor retrieves it. Even if your visitor is transferred to a third-party e-commerce site, the survey window will stay minimized until the visit finishes up his/her task and retrieves the survey.
