Would love to see this feature too. Our customers even often ask us questions via their 4Q comments and we can't reply which causes them to think we are ignoring them…

We would like to add this feature to the fall release but we are not ready for Beta.

We just started using Q4 and our customers are participating but some seem to want answers to their questions. How can we insert a request for their email address in the survey?
