Help, getting Bad Request (Invalid Hostname) on survey window

Hi. I have the survey implemented on a test page. When the invitation opens it works fine. When "Yes" is chosen the pop-up says:Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)

This morning I tweeted a link to my more recent thread (http://community.4qsurvey.com/forum/topics/4q-needs-to-listen-to-the) to Claude Guay (@ClaudeGuay) - CEO of iPerception. No Response or acknowledgment.

I know this is a free "solution" but could you imagine if you had placed the script on multiple production pages? Not good. I would advise reverting back to the "stable" version, glad I was simply piloting this option.

Same here. I think I'm ready to move onto a better solution. I just wanted to try this before we upgraded to a paid version. Oh well.
