Hello Sarah-Jane,

I found the report to be very interesting. I am currently working with a hotel and would like to compare the satisfaction index in the 4q survey to the iPSI index. Is there a way to compare both? The satisfaction index on the site is about 66.

Bernardo.

So it didn't like it? I'm sure it's not personal :)

Yes, our form was built to accept US and Canada numbers. Sorry about that! Thanks for the feedback, though. I will definitely look into changing that.

Hi Sarah,

I'm trying to download the report but the form doesn't like my UK number, i had to use a US format 877-796-3600 to get through.
